Royal Commission 2725feec7-38b5-4586-ba3f-3fc2cad54213
Company have achieved another miles stone in term of signing the contract with Royal Commission for building a new Factory named GULF FACTORY FOR METALS TREATMENT COMPANY. Company have successfully approved for 16500 sqm land and other facilities from Royal Commission.
The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) established in 1975 is the Saudi Government Agency, reports to the Prime Minister, entrusted with the task of planning, developing, operating and managing the three world-class industrial cities, Madinat Al-Jubail, Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah and Ras Al-Khair Industrial Cities. The Royal Commission aims to promote, develop and enable petrochemical, chemical, minerals and their downstream industries through successful customer focus and partnerships with investors, employee communities and stakeholders.
Following are the unique surface treatment technologies company is going to introduce

KCC & KZC Technologies:

Company is going to introduce two revolutionary technologies. These technologies are KCC (K-Chromium Carbide) and KZC (Zinc Ceramic Coating). GCTC will provide repair & maintenance services by using these two revolutionary technologies. In particular, the valve body inner surface treatment by the KCC on maximizing the service life by having a corrosion / abrasion resistance, such as seat & ball. KCC surface treatment developed by GCTC shows surface hardness HV1300 and friction coefficient 0.4. It prevents abrasion caused by composites and reduces corrosion owing to high acid resistance.

Valves Assembling Unit:

Company is starting to valves assembling and treatment of valves locally. Company have a partnership with KST Plant Company South Korea.

GCTC has the whole region of Saudi Arabia to market its advanced technology based services. GCTC is going to start its operation from Dammam city, eastern province of Saudi Arabia and with the passage of time it will expand its operations up to the whole region of Saudi Arabia.

Ministry of Environment Water & Agriculture-min (1)GCTC (Gulf Corners for Trading & General Contracting Company) is introducing two most recent and advanced technologies on behalf of our partner KST Plant Co., Korea. These surface treatment technologies are for Corrosion, Erosion, Abrasion resistance and surface hardness of metals.

On 17th of September GCTC presented these technologies to Ministry of Environment Water and Agriculture. They respond well and realized that these technologies are cost effective and very useful for the organization. A little description for KCC & KNN is given below.

KCC (Chormium Carbide) Alloying technology is for corrosion, erosion, abrasion resistance and surface hardening. This is revolutionary technology and by applying this technology we can extend the life of any metal assets up to 2 to 5 times as compare to original state of that metal asset.

KZC (Zinc Ceramic) technology is specifically developed for the purpose of corrosion. If we compare this technology to any of other well-known treatments i.e. Hot Dip Galvanized it will protect the metal up to minimum twice time.
